Data processed

• Account and contact: name, e-mail address, phone, company, language, acceptance of the terms and, if given, your consent to receive marketing information.
• Usage: technical and security logs (logins, sensitive actions), with no advertising tracking.
• Data entered by the customer (tenants, leases, payments): processed on behalf of the customer, who remains responsible for it.

Purposes

Providing and securing the service, managing accounts and subscriptions, answering requests and complying with legal obligations. Marketing information is only sent with your consent.

Recipients

Hosting in Switzerland (Infomaniak). Online payments via Stripe, which may process data outside Switzerland with appropriate safeguards. Cloudflare Turnstile bot protection if enabled. No sale of data.

Retention

Unconfirmed sign-up requests: deleted when they expire (48 hours). Logs: 2 years. Account data: for the duration of the contract, then as required by law. Customer data remains exportable for the whole life of the account.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction, deletion or handover of your data, and object to marketing communications, by writing to the address given above. You can also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

Cookies

The site only uses a language cookie; the application uses a session cookie required to log in. No third-party advertising or analytics cookies.

Security

Encrypted connections, passwords stored only as hashes, two-factor authentication, roles per mandate, change log and daily backups.
