How does the free trial work?
You create your account by confirming your e-mail address: the trial starts right away, for 30 days, with no credit card. Then you choose a plan, or carry on for free in Basic mode.
What happens at the end of the trial?
Without a subscription, your account switches to Basic mode (1 user, 1 building, 5 leases). No data is deleted: you can view and export everything, and subscribe later.
Can I export my data?
Yes, at any time and on any plan: Administration → Subscription and data → Export my data. You get a ZIP archive with your data (JSON), CSV tables and your attachments.
Is my data secure?
Protected login, two-factor authentication, roles and rights per mandate, change log, daily backups and restore points. Passwords are never stored in plain text.
How do I pay and cancel?
Payment is by card, TWINT or digital wallet, monthly or yearly. You manage or cancel your subscription yourself; after cancelling, the account switches to Basic mode without losing data.
Does Nexikos handle several buildings and mandates?
Yes. Each plan sets a number of buildings and leases; the Business plan lets you work with several separate mandates, each with its own settings and rights.
Which languages can I work in?
English, French, German and Italian. Each user picks their language; a company can also set a default language.
Who is responsible for my tenants’ data?
You remain responsible for the data you enter (tenants, leases, payments). Nexikos processes it only to provide the service and does not use it for any other purpose.
